- Body Therapy: massage, bowen, adjustment, acupuncture, herbs, homeopathy, meditation.
- Preparation Techniques for effective, fluid, gentle Labour & Delivery.
- Nutrition & Exercise Counsel.
- Sleep Counsel & Therapy.
- Trauma Processing: Verbal & Somatic
- Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual: Support, Counsel, & Therapy for Mom.
- Support and Counsel for Partner and Siblings.
- Cervical Ripening: Herbs, Acupuncture, Exercise.
- Preparation of Birthing Space.

Labour & Birth
Labour Session: Early labour until 2-3 hours postpartum
- Arrive during early labour.
- Help set-up Birthing Space.
- BE PRESENT as an Active Birth Team Leader, OR Hold Space exclusively as a Witness to Your Journey, OR any degree in between these extremes, according to your preference.
- Birth Team Leader: Support & Empower mom. Monitor mom & babe.
- Hands-on support throughout early labour, active labour, birth.
- Hands-on Pain Release: massage, bowen, adjustment, acupuncture, homeopathy, meditation.
- Counsel, Clarity, & Communication between mom, partner, & birth team.
- Well-Baby assessment.
- Well-Mama assessment.
- Monitor mom and babe until 2-3hours postpartum.
- Placenta preparations.
- Clean up after birth.
PostPartum Visits
PostPartum Session: 4 hours as single or divided into multiple visits.
- Breastfeeding support and counsel.
- Well-Baby assessment & therapy.
- Well-Mama assessment & therapy.
- Nutrition & Exercise counsel.
- Sleep Therapy for Mom & Baby & Partner.
- Colic reduction techniques.
- PostPartum depression reversal.

- Immediate Response to Birth.
- DAILY VISITS for 7-10 days. Then WEEKLY VISITS as needed.
- Holding Space for Shock & Grief.
- Therapeutic Support for Shock & Grief: Homeopathy; Herbal; Bowen; Acupuncture.
- Guided Meditation to Connect with Baby and Communicate Unspoken Words & Unfinished Work.
- Transition Ceremony for Baby: Candle or Fire Lighting; Drum, Song, & Dance.
- Let-Go/Burning Ceremony for Parents and Family to Release Baby.
- Support in Navigating Stages of Grief, over time: Shock/Denial, Pain/Guilt, Anger/Bargaining, Depression, Upward Turn, Reconstruction, & Acceptance.
